MIGRA's Corporate structure consists of a Board of Directors, Executive Board, and a Board of Trustees (BOT).

The Board of Directors is composed of the Executive Board, BOT, and the Standing Committee Chairs. Their job is to maintain the integrity of the Corporation by assuring that all activities and actions are in compliance with the MIGRA's Bylaws and Policies.

The Executive Board is composed of four (4) people: a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Their job is to manage the daily affairs and operation of the Corporation, under the supervision of the BOT.

The Board of Trustees elect their own President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer to govern the BOT. They then elect other members of the association to serve on the Board with them. Generally, there are six (6) or more trustees on the BOT. Their job is to keep things in balance: the society and the Association; alleviating conflicts of interest, and ensuring MIGRA's compliance with the governing rules, laws, Federal and State agencies.

Each group has different schedules for meetings. All meetings are open to the general membership. If you are unable to attend meetings in person, please read the minutes to keep yourself informed.
